This is the love poem that won us 1st prize in the singles event. 1st prize is $60 NYDC voucher.
My Commander organized a 'Singles' nite for us, those that are single and available ones. So we are the selected ones to go for this event. We have no ideals where are they going to find gers for us at 1st.whaha... ladies, will u go to this kind of event if ppl approach u? u are going to meet a group of army guys that are single. I dont think many gers will agree bah.hahah...but i think these ladies are beri friendly and sporting, alot came. Got to thank them for so give face to come attend such a event. =)
It was a meaniful and fun event. We went to a cafe at holland village, called settlers. mayb i spell wrong. Inside is a cafe with alot alot alot of board games to play. it is a 2 storey cafe, a shop house converted bah. Reached there at 6pm, the gers reached at 7plus. To our surprise those that came is not aunty aunty 1 leh, all beri young and beri 'potential'1. They came frm CPF , Air force recruitment Centre, National park etc. After intro and collecting name cards, we had dinner there, then start to play games. The gers will be grouped and will remain at the table while the guys will rotate amoung the groups, so end of the event, everyone will have known each one of them. its like we are the "social escort" that move frm table to table in the pub. Last game was a group competition, and wif our wits, we won the 1st prize.. yeah ..so long nv win liaoz.whahaha . It was a fun nite, must thank the organizer for their hard work , all had fun and went hm wif a list of contacts and emails, mine 4got where i placed it liaoz.
My sister company is super rich, company D&D, door gift is $60 taka voucher, and she even won the 8th lucky draw prize , which is a digital camer, Casio EXILIM, 6mega pixel, worth $459, price tag is there. yeah, i no need to buy camera also got camera use liaoz, 8th prize is $459 camera, 1st prize is? trip to korean, n my sister's collegue won it, my sister actually long for the korean trip. wahaha to me, a camera is already good enough, i dont remember winning any lucky draw in my life leh, the most is i picked up $2 note on the ground while walking. Outside company really so good money ah?ahahaha got to try my luck liaoz after i leave the army.
