Rule no. one - You either love the guy or you don't love the guy. Find one that you TRUELY like. If you are considering if you like him now, you DON'T! If you do, you'll know it right away.

Rule no. two - Don't be afraid to let a good catch go. No matter how good a catch he is or how nice a guy he is or how wonderful he treats you, if you don't love him, your relationship is doom anyway. Why bother to even try? Don't give me that "you never know if you never try". Probably some guy made that up to cheat girls only, seriously girls, you don't have to try to know.

Rule no. three - Never look back. All you ex-bfs, ex-suitors, ex-whatever are all OUT. If they are good enough, they wouldn't even be in the EX list. Ex-bfs, you've given your best shot, don't start feeling guilty and think you could've done better. The point is, you've tried and that's it, move on. Ex-suitors, even worse. You've picked your ex-bf from that lot and he got to be the best right among them for you to pick him right? Why go back to choose the second best when the best already failed?

Rule no. four - Don't be with him if you don't think you want to marry him. Always ask yourself why bother to build a relationship with your heart, your time and your effort just to tear it down with your own hands in the future. If you don't think you want to marry him as he is now but want to give him sometime to change, don't waste your time and his time. He probably won't change and even if he did, he wouldn't be happy. Sometimes it's kinder to be cruel.
